KKPA operates four main departments involved in property management with each department being responsible for the various stages in the rental and management of every property within our portfolio.
A bespoke property management software package contains and controls all information relating to each property and is fundamental to the success of our business. We look after every aspect of the management process aiming to maximise returns for our landlords whilst ensuring that our tenants receive and exceptional level of service throughout their rental experience.
The four key departments are:
Lettings Management, Accounts, Maintenance, Checkout
Our lettings management department focus on ensuring that all properties are let as quickly as possible by liasing with all relevant agents.
The accounts department collect and process all rental payments and ensure all maintenance work is paid for recording every transaction so a full audit trail is retrievable at any point.
K&K have an excellent relationships with a number of both in house and specialised contractors to ensure maintenance issues are reported & attended to immediately.
Working along side the maintenance department is our check out department who are responsible for inspecting every property at the end of each lease.
