Whether you plan to rent or buy, with our Home Search service, we will: *spend time with you - either face to face or else by phone, fax or e-mail to understand exactly what you want and, more importantly, what you don't want. *register your property specifications throughout our invaluable network of agents and through our wide range of other contacts. *screen and evaluate all replies *let you have a shortlist of those best matching your requirements *arrange accompanied visits with a tour of the area *organise temporary accommodation if you need to move more quickly *We also give you your own client 'HomePage', where you will be able to preview details of the properties which we have chosen for you according to your requirements.
And once you've decided on the home you want, we can: *help you to negotiate a fair deal - especially useful if you're not in the country *assist with other formalities, such as surveys, contracts, valuations and other agreements *help you find furniture to rent or buy, if you need it and keep that important eye on things to make sure it all goes smoothly and that your new home is ready for you when you come to move in. -
School Search
Are you going to need to find a nursery, school or other childcare facilities near your new home? Moving with children of any age can be a worrying time for parents and, of course, for the children themselves. They will be leaving their friends and familiar surroundings behind them and may well be apprehensive of having to move and start off from scratch in a new school.
The location of the right school might be a key factor in determining where you want to live.
